I love details. Small elements of everyday life will catch my eye and mesmerize me with the poetry of form, light and color. I see shapes speaking to one another and their conversations develop meanings that, for me, go beyond the names of objects. Whether I’m working two-dimensionally or three-dimensionally, I try to retell those conversations.
